When will my item be shipped?
All orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. As a handmade label, please allow up to 2–4 weeks for production and shipping. Every piece is crafted with care and intention, and you’ll receive email updates along the way to keep you in the loop.
How can an item be sold out if it’s made to order?
Kermochi pieces are intentionally limited. Each design is made using a specific quantity of materials available in the studio. Once those are used up, the item is marked as sold out—even if it’s made to order—making each drop exclusive.
Will you be restocking?
Most pieces are limited edition and not restocked. However, due to popular demand, a few fan favorites like the Scorpion Bag and Spider Tote will be making a return soon. Stay tuned via email and social media for updates.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the small-batch nature of the brand, all sales are final. However, if you made a mistake during checkout, you have a 24-hour grace period to reach out and correct it. After that window, your order is locked in.
Where is my order?
Be sure to check your email! If you’re within the 2–4 week window and haven’t received an update, your order is still in production. You’ll be notified as soon as it’s ready to ship—thank you for your patience!
